Cameron - You have some good detail in your outline. Sorry to have to ask this, but can you confirm for me that you have not used this topic for a paper in a previous or current class (other than ours)? The outline makes it sound like you might have been able to use this paper for a Mkt Principles or even Brand class. Having said that, one suggestion is for you to use some specific concepts from out class that help me see your understanding of customer insight &/or experience topics. Also, I'm curious about your premise that one of HEB's weakness is their own brand line - it seems like a lot of people consider that one of their strengths. I'll be curious to read that part. As a part of that, do you want to mention the Central Market grocery brand (for example, their Organics line) - it seems like HEB has been using that as their upscale own brand. Your outline is certainly detailed, so that's good. Let me know about my first question above and if there is anything else you want to discuss.
